For your safety and to ensure accurate communication with our medical staff, you must be accompanied by an interpreter when visiting our clinic.If you arrive without an interpreter, we will not be able to provide consultation or treatment. We do not provide medical consultations using translation devices or translation apps.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.If you arrive late, your appointment will be cancelled. In such cases, a cancellation fee will be charged regardless of the reason.
